Description

Jinjer are a Metalcore / Groove Metal band from Ukraine. The groups members are Tatiana Shmailyuk ,Roman Ibramkhalilov, Eugene Kostyuk and Vladislav Ulasevish . I captured them here at the Pula Metal festival (GoatHell Metal Fest) in Croatia on 24.06.18

About the shot

This was the first metal festival to be held in Pula. I had a photo pass and provided the organisers and promoters with images. There are lots of good images on the slideshow. This black and white image of Tatiana Shmailyuk is very unusual. She appears almost angelic, rising from the cloud on a mountain top. If you listen to her music and have seen other images of her then you will know how contrary this is of her style and  persona.
