Description

Ephyra are a melodic death metal group from Italy. The band includes Nadia Casali, Francesco Braga, Paolo Diliberto, Patrick Segatto and John Tagliabue . I captured them here at the GoatHell Metal Fest in Pula, Croatia in the summer of 2019

About the shot

For the festival I had a stage and pit photo pass. Although I did take a lot of this band from the stage, this silhouette capture was taken from leaning on the barriers crowd side. The bright blue smoke filled background with intermittent stage lighting offers a great backdrop for this perfectly positioned guitarists pose.
